The pitiful organization is a safety net for corrupt officials. If you aren't part of the club, good luck. They'll use your complaint as a napkin while they eat dinner with the lawyer(s) who abused you. This organization is awful and probably has caused one of the worst experience in my life so far. They apparently suspended my mom's law license, who has ongoing health problems, which I understand, however I tried to reach out to them a number of times about how to go about closing her law practice, but never heard back and when I explained that I'm hard of hearing and could we communicate through zoom, I still never heard back.
