My son has Cerebral Palsy and autism from a medical malpractice. He was with the same firm from 1998 until Feb 2026. In Feb his lawyer removed his small structured settlement from firm and refused to pay any bills. I (guardian)found out in May. I contacted board in May but didn’t file a complaint until end of July.
