I am a concern parent something needs to be done concerning my son the school he attend is horrible I never 👎 get anything done or call backs concerning my son. I will be taking this to the next level Detroit public school for special needs is horrible.
If I could give zero I would. My son got beat up in gym with his hands held behind his back and he's autistic. The answer was to remove him from specials and other classes where his was not present. I refuse to return him the next year. With no reply from the board when I called weekly. ESE head treated me like shit had to threaten to call my lawyer to get his IEP records. And they took weeks and you reply to outer districts request for information to transfer my son. I had to homeschool him. And he now doing better but afte... read more
Detroit Schools are terrible, Children have to focus on fighting more than getting an Education, where are the staff while the children take fight breaks at Detroit Community High School
