Kudos to Jonathan and Nolan for their patient, extremely insightful help in selecting and fitting me in a new pair of ski boots appropriate to my ability - no pressure on me to buy, despite taking two different length store visits to make and get comfortable with my decision. I could tell by the trickle of locals coming in to get help fixing various ski equipment issues that I'm not the only one whose trust they've earned.
