Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The owner’s attitude was rude and unprofessional, and the customer service was far from welcoming. The food is really good and fresh. Staff are friendly and efficient. Sandwiches are pretty big. Haven't tried the salads yet.

I visited Board & Brew shortly after the lunch, and unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. The employees working at the front came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I had already given them my name when ordering, but when my order was ready, no one called my name or made any effort to let me know.
