This review is really for the executives at Board and Brew. Whomever you had managing the Santee store on Saturday, 7/25 was a total wreck. The employees had no direction and the customers were left waiting for the confusion to end. While I support promoting within (sandwich-maker to manager), you picked the wrong person for this store. Please remove this manager and replace with a competent person who has a clue. My son really enjoyed his grilled cheese
Had a catered order that they completely missed and then had to wait 30 mins. Ruined the pickup person’s ability to be on time for a surprise party. Good food, but it was super unfortunate that it could not be ready on time.
Stopped here for a sandwich and a beer. The bread was as fresh as it gets. My tuna salad sandwich was hearty and delicious.
