I just walked out of this establishment and will not be returning. We arrived and sat at the bar, where the bartender repeatedly walked past us without acknowledging our presence. He continued chatting with a customer who already had a drink and made no effort to greet us or take our order. A new customer arrived, and the bartender immediately attended to them—still ignoring us. I come here often with work to order lunch. Today I went to sit at the bar and enjoy a sandwich outside it’s a nice day. I asked the lady at the counter if it was best to order food there before going to the bar and she said you could do both over there. So I went over sat down waited a few minutes, no acknowledgment no saying they’ll be right with you. I placed a pick up order two hours in advance and it was still 15 mins late. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait a regular amount of time.

I called the store and after being in the phone with the actual machine operator and telling me to click 2 to speak to a store employee. I did so, and I had a question about an order that didn’t go through, naturally you’ll speak to someone at the store to get that sorted out.
