Went into the restaurant for the first time today, 8/5/25 @4pm. I am on vacation from Las Vegas. A brunette young lady took my order. I asked her questions about sandwiches,she was very polite & helpful. She told me about “secret menu items “ I ordered the pastrami & my dad ordered the hot beef dip. Both came out quickly & Needed to wash my hands. Restroom was clean. Ate at the bar,the other young lady at the bar was attentive & also polite to ask if we wanted beers on tap. Sandwiches are really good and large enough to share! We love the Italian and pastrami so far, planning to go down the menu as I hear they are all good. I love the secret sauce that comes on the side. Nice beer selection and they always have a seltzer option that I like. We like to split a sammie and have a couple beers at the bar. Service has been friendly and they offer tastes if you need help deciding. Wish they stayed open a little later!
This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered online, 3rd time it’s the same sandwich and same SIDE request (both checked the box AND wrote it in special notes to TRY to avoid the repeated error). Yet they still forgot the side! Also, the third time I’ve called to let them know, the third time they’re very nice about it and say the same thing. I have zero faith that if I ever give them a 4th try, they’ll get it right then. What a disappointment when you crave something, order accurately, and then it arrives incomplete.
