Employee staff very rude , won’t come back since it felt so unwelcoming
Loving the sandwiches
Food is always delicious, but the customer service from the employees here is terrible. There’s no acknowledgment when you walk into this establishment. I spent $35 on lunch and they want to charge $.50 for ranch, which is absolutely ridiculous I’m born and raised in Carlsbad. I’ve never been charged for extra sauces here at this location. With how expensive the sandwiches are after making it a combo they want to gouge people in charge of extra for sauces. Board & Brew is my go-to sandwich spot! Whether I'm headed to the beach or grabbing a quick lunch from work, the Turkado always hits the spot… fresh turkey, creamy avocado, and soft bread made just right. My kiddo loves the Lil’ Grom grilled cheese (it’s always a win), and when I’m watching carbs, their Cobb salad with bacon, egg, and spicy ranch (house made?) is super satisfying.
