Two of the parts came in on one the holes was in the wrong place and the other one there just wasn't enough holes on either sides of the board. I've been calling with no answer. I emailed and no response.
I asked to PURCHASE replacement parts, not something for free and it seems as if that is too difficult. First email response was quick, then crickets! Not a screw you or I am looking into it.
Ordered a vanity no screws or instructions. Walmart said I would have to pay additional for screws . 🤦♀️
This company has ruined my teenagers bday! I purchased a vanity and the wrong one was sent. It came without any of the items that it said it would. No lightbulbs, no knobs, no outlet. Then a replacement was sent and still didn’t have the correct pieces. I was a bulb short and didn’t even send the screws for the knobs so I had to go to Home Depot to purchase those.
