Dr. Boah is an incredible doctor who truly cares for her patients and is very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest research. She is wonderful at explaining things clearly and listens to her patients requests and feedback. Her office is also very cozy and well decorated and the staff are very sweet and friendly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Boah to anyone looking for a warm and knowledgeable Rheumatologist.
I would like to thank Doctor Boah Akua M.D. for her properly taking care of Luz Mina. Doctor Boah diagnoses Luz with seronegative rheumatoid arthritis and prescribes Luz with the correct medication to help Luz symptoms. Doctor Boah is very professional., kind and caring. The staff at this office have terrible manners. The doctor did correct them in the moment, but both the receptionist and the assistant were extremely rude and unprofessional. During the exam, the assistant made an unnecessary and passive remark, which came across as condescending. The receptionist was visibly annoyed when asked a simple clarifying question and responded with a dismissive and rude comment. This was a disappointing experience overall.
