Horrible. They took days to fix a simple HVAC issue that took another tech from a different company a couple hours for the same problem with another air handler. She/he brought her underaged helper that stood around for hours every day and charged us double the labor cost. It was obvious this person has no idea what they’re doing and needs to be retrained or find another career. What does Boaen have to say about Nate English doing this in a work truck? Stalking/harassment is a serious issue. You can be held accountable, ask your attorney.
They park in the alley ways and it blocks me from parking in my garage 5 days a week. I’m so sick of having to pay for parking to live in my own house
