I took the 6 month foundational program with BOA wellness. To say this program was life changing was an understatement. I have always had a hard time with routines and accountability, Angelica helped me with that with a very thorough and well rounded program that helped me make the changes i needed to for my mental, emotional and physical health, with constant support along the way. The knowledge i gained i will be using for a lifetime.
I had an amazing coach. A coach who actually listened, guided me through new healthier choices, in life, loving yourself, mind body and soul. Taking accountability for myself , and taking care of me
