Absolutely ridiculous. They told my mom her card ‘didn’t work,’ but the money still came out of her account, and then they refused to give her the items. How do you take somebody’s money and then act like the payment never went through? That is shady as hell. I feel like my mom got scammed, and I would NEVER recommend spending your money here. Fix your payment system and stop playing with people’s money.
DO NOT shop here! My mom was charged, and then they tried to make her pay a second time as if the first payment never went through. Instead of checking the transaction and helping resolve the issue, the worker was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Trying to charge a customer twice and then giving them an attitude is unacceptable. Please check your receipts and bank statements if you shop here because this experience felt like a complete scam. We will not be returning!
It okay
Love the variety of everything that's in this hair store
Customer service is horrible no assistance at all everyone is just sitting down or on their phones.... Also they're just following you instead of asking if you need help....
