Dr Zhao is very professional as well as his staff
Doctor Zhao is so nice and always answer all the questions that I asked. He helps me a lot. Thank you.
Called the office center line. Very rude staff. Had a simple blood test question with the new patient staff. Said they were transferring me to the triage nurse which was a lie; she said she was a triage operator only. She then transferred me back to new patients without asking me if it was okay to transfer me. Completely unprofessional. This was Friday March 11 at 10:57 am to sanction these staff members, up to and including termination.
