My father was a patient with Dr Zhao for a few years. I never met him in person because I lived out of state. However, my father really appreciated being his patient. Dr. Zhao was very easy to work with because whenever I wanted to conference in on their appointment it was always welcomed. I could ask any question without feeling like I was being rushed. My dad has since passed, and I was touched that Dr Zhoa sent a beautiful sympathy card. He cares about his patients.
Dr Zhao is a pleasure to work with. he is both very professional and knowledgeable as well as personable. Highly recommended to anyone seeking top quality treatment.

Dr Zhao and his PA Laura Watts is a great team. I’ve been seeing them since October. They have kept me informed and laid out a plan for my treatment. Just recently without an appointment I requested to see the Dr. and PA Laura was there to see me. She was very informative and understood my concerns. She told me to go to the Sentara emergency and even called to let them know I was coming. I am extremely thankful to Dr Zhao and PA Laura to have them for my care.
