Dr Bo Zhao is the best doctor
Absolutely horrendous, uncompassionate, unprofessional staff answering the phones. The "triage nurse operators" are horrific for an oncology office. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I have no idea how these people get hired. Zero accountability and this extends into upper office management well for allowing personnel working in this setting to act the way they do.
Had an issue pop up over the weekend and had to page the on call doctor. Dr. Zhao called me back with in minutes. Just needed antibiotics and he called the pharmacy to put the rush on it. Told me several time he was happy to help. Very friendly and top notch care. Can't think him enough.
Usually crowded, but all office people very friendly and medical staff very professional, and always attentive.
