Im a patient with Dr.Toplak, he and his staff as well as the office staff as a whole have been super! I started with Dr. Tai. She moved away and Dr. Toplak saw me that day and added me as his patient. Visits always quick and my needs are met.
The office staff is rude and obnoxious. They leave you with the impression that it was a bother to them to even call and try to schedule an appointment.
This is an absolutely awful medical practice!!! I have been to several practices in Columbus, and I have never been treated worse. The wait was so long I considered walking out on several occasions. I did not find Dr. Toplak helpful and he did not listen. Then it got even worse! I had already decided to never return before I found out I was punished for discussing ongoing concerns because he ordered unwanted tests that I didn't go to. This meant my insurance would make me pay for a sick visit.
Dr. Toplak and staff, are a five star group. They are all very kind and considerate and really care about the pateint. Talking to Dr. Toplak and his staff, is like visiting friends. They are truly the best there is.
Dr. Toplak is a very strong listener and answers my questions thoroughly. I find him to be highly intelligent but he also knows to speak in a simple way so that I may understand fully. At the end of my visit, he makes sure that I understand the answer to my question and if there are any other concerns that I may have. Overall, he is a very pleasant person to deal with.
