The skill and service was great for years. But then they let a mother ingore her baby crying at the top of its lungs for half an hour. I had to wait with my dye outside to survive the stress. On my way in, the mother baited me *aggressively* *twice* into a reaction which she then didn't like and played victim. I was willing to disregard this incident, but instead of an apology the staff basically told me to never come back. Lack of empathy for someone who had to endure such stress (I have trouble with loud sustained noises).
If you can't stand hearing unattended babies yelling at the top of their lungs, this is not the place for you. The staff has no empathy for neurodivergent people who have trouble with persistent loud noises. Other than that, great skill and service.
