I made an appointment to take my daughter here. They didn’t see her until 48 minutes after her appointment. They didn’t apologize. Still tried to have a great experience with my daughter, but unfortunately they didn’t give her what she asked for. They charged $5 extra for a certain shaped nail that she didn’t get. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all when there are so many in the area that treat customers better. The owner was very rude. Fire the receptionist if you want costumers
I go to Bow Nails about once a month for either a fill or a full set, and they always do a fantastic job. Their prices are reasonable, and I love that they offer a student discount. I’ve tried several other nail salons, but this is the only one I keep coming back to. The quality is consistently great, and they’re so efficient. I highly recommend them!
My mother has been a loyal customer of Bo Nails for over 20 years, which makes this review particularly disappointing to write. While the nail technicians have consistently been kind, professional, and do excellent work, the current owner's behavior has been the opposite.
