My mother has been a loyal customer of Bo Nails for over 20 years, which makes this review particularly disappointing to write. While the nail technicians have consistently been kind, professional, and do excellent work, the current owner's behavior has been the opposite. Over the past several years, the owner has repeatedly been rude, dismissive, and unkind to my 73-year-old mother. I have been going to this salon for 2 1/2 years and recently I had the worst rudeness I ever felt from a mgr.ON THE PHONE I called to have a nail repaired .Sat busy but I thought I asked if the girl that I've had recently was there? She says she NO LONGER works there.I was surprised because she was nice.Asked for anyone else.Was told I no longer could go there because they didn't like her customers. We had an appointment at 5 and got seated at 6:15. The lady was pulling my hand the whole time after I asked her to be more gentle. I got a neon pink and the polish is different colors on fingers. DO NOT GO THERE!!
Very rude staff, and the owner/boss was even ruder. Customer service was extremely disappointing. I called to schedule a nail removal/cleanup appointment, and I was told that I was “picky” and that they would not take me as a client. I found the interaction unprofessional and disrespectful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon.
