The nails 💅 were nice but the staff was rude and the place was unprofessional looking with dog running around and dog toys scattered on the floor. A dog should not be running around. Very unprofessional

Horrible customer service and unprofessional technician! This was my first time getting a dip powder manicure here, and it started chipping after only a few days. I went back for a pedicure and to have two chipped nails fixed. I told the technician I thought I knew the color but wasn’t sure — they didn’t even bother to properly match it. I wasted my time coming back, only to end up with two nails in a completely different color than the rest. Bo Nails is my go-to spot for acrylics and has been for almost 2 years — I go every 3 weeks and they always do an amazing job. The staff are super friendly, speak great English, and my nails look perfect every time. They even offer a high school discount, which is so thoughtful, and a full set is usually under $50 — super affordable for the quality. Plus, they have the sweetest little dog who’s always around and makes the whole experience even better. Such a cozy, reliable place I always look forward to visiting!
