BoLay Grooming. I've been taking my dog there for awhile. She does a good job. BUT TODAY, I was late. I thought I had a 2pm appt but apparently is was at 1. I was 45 minutes late. She could have just had me reschedule. But no. She snapped at me. Then said she could do her but she would be the last one! She took hold of my dog's leash and pulled her across the floor. Krystle has been our dog's groomer for years! She recently had surgery and we really missed having her groom our dog, but she is back to grooming and we are so happy she is. She is professional and aims to please you with the results. The dogs always are finished well and smell so great. She grooms both our large golden retriever and small dogs. She is priced right and does excellent work. Don't hesitate to make an appointment.
