These guys did a great job! They were very informative, pleasant and thorough! Started and finished when they said they would. Cleaned up any mess they made. My roof looks amazing!
I was very pleased with the repairs to our home done by Bo Lacey Construction. I had never heard of this firm before a visit to the Lorain County Fair where I met a sales person at their booth. Now, after the work has been completed, I find that I could not have picked a better company to deal with. We had a leaky roof years ago and a DIFFERENT company came out and said that a new coat of rubber would "fix" it. Within a month the roof was leaking again and they wouldn't return the calls. Bo Lacey stepped in and assessed the roof and discovered that the other company caused more problems by putting a band-aid over a band-aid. They were able to remove the several coats of rubber and find the real issues and fixed them right the first time. We ended up replacing all the gutters while they were up there.
