The man who replaces the watch batteries is a con man and will steal your original watch movements and parts and swap it with an old ones. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR WATCH WITH THIS PLACE! The service was fantastic and Ken have deep knowledge about gemstones and how to select something that punch above the pricing weight. I purchased a ring, get my older ring polished, remade rings to new jewelry, replaced battery and never had any issues.
