I recently ruined a high-end bike that was covered by a rider on my homeowners policy. It was totally my fault. Nobody else was involved and I expected some pushback from State Farm. It was quite the opposite the process to move through my claim was quick and painless, and within three days the money was in my account. I've never filed a claim with them before and frankly, I hope I never need to, but I feel like I'm in good hands after this experience.
Bo does a great job of keeping us up to date on rising cost and needs of homeowners insurance and offers great rates to go with that. We have both auto and home with Bo and our pleased with our rates and service.
Awesome place great service. Super friendly and feels like family. Bo has a brother named Kyle who needs to work on his ski jumping skills though. Other than that 5 stars.
