I was recommended by a friend. While my hair turned out amazing the owner who did my hair was late. When I pulled up she was still in her car and everything for me was not set up. The business wasn't even open yet as the doors were still locked and lights were off. Then she had a nerve to go back and forth with me because I told her that I was waiting for her.
