The people that control the crossing arms are terrible. They usually just leave the arms down until the train is about 3/4 of a mile out. Thanks

This is the least professional company I have worked with in my entire life, zero communication, zero response to cancellations. I definitely do not recommend it for shipping or carriers, it is a real shame that there are such unprofessional brokers. In my particular experience, they blocked my phone at 4:30 in the afternoon after waiting with appointment since 9:00 am and the few times they answered they said they were waiting for an answer, they only did it to avoid the responsibility of paying layover truck
