Worst place to live. Andy is one of the nastiest people I've ever met in my life. Tony is another old senial idiot that doesn't do anything. These people are truly sick in the head. They don't fix anything, they don't follow up with any repairs. So if you're going to live here get renters insurance and have 311 ready with all your reports like me because I'm taking them to court soon. Here is a picture of when my roof caved in and they decided to do NOTHING ABOUT IT.
I would give it 0 stars, if you are looking for an apartment, stay away from this place, when they show you these apartments they look nice, but over time you see the doors break at the slightest knock, you ask them to change something or paint, they take months to get ready and the work What does the super do better? They're associated with one of the worst realty companies in NY, Alma realty. You can't even get in contact with BNS as no listed numbers work, and they're supposed to be building maintenance. Both companies are terrible slum lords that allow tenants to live with lead paint with numerous city violations, and they never return calls.
