If you look for a company lacking professionalism and service…you find it… contract their service and you will see.
They cut our internet line that was marked, then claimed someone would be out the next day to fix it but no one showed up. When I called to figure out what was going on they were immediately combative and said there is nothing they can do and now they won’t even answer the phone.
Broke the pipe during winterizing. Doesn't even own up to their mistakes
