There customer service sucks. Wanted to do a spring start up for irrigation system and the lady hung up the phone on us in the middle of the conversation. She should get fired. Will never use them again.
Bnr is the gold standard top irrigation company in the Twin Cities, they are the most knowledgeable irrigation company you can hire, when others can't figure it out bnr can and they have all the equipment to do professional installation correctly
The situation was solved to my satisfaction. Thanks Lori for your excellent customer service !
If you look for a company lacking professionalism and service…you find it… contract their service and you will see.
