BNR was great! They were very honest and straightforward and did not, in any way, try to upsell us at all. We had been severely over quoted by a different company so I called BNR. The guys were fantastic. I really appreciated them being up front with me and they worked with me to just get the repair I needed taken care of without getting a whole new system right now (which is what the other company tried to do). I would HIGHLY recommend giving BNR a call if you need service. They are great guys. Thanks!
