Bad job he messed up the jewelry
If we could leave a -1 review we would! I had a horrific experience at this establishment. The enamel work quickly chipped, which was frustrating enough, but what made matters worse were the rude and extremely racist comments made in my presence. It’s unacceptable behavior, especially in a diverse and multicultural city like NYC. These individuals do not deserve to work here, and their reputation is terrible among many vendors and clients. Professional team. They do the job perfectly. They will do restoration work of any complexity.
Some rude people work there. I won't be taking my business to them. When I called to inquire about enamel, the man started laughing as if I didn't understand anything. "We're doing a million-dollar job, what do you want from us?" Just an arrogant guy. I told them that behaving like this with new clients is unprofessional.
