2nd time contacted BNL Highly impressed at the workmanship we saw when we gave BNL home improvements a repair job on our front bow window. Brian came out, and looked around, said he saw where he thought the problem was coming from. He fixed it on the spot and told us no charge. We were a bit worried when he said he didn't want any payment for the work. Absolutely terrific experience I contacted BNL after hurricane Sandy. We had roof damage and damage to siding on 2 sides of our home. We placed a lot of calls out for immediate help. Spoke to Brian at BNL and he stopped by a couple of days after, got on the roof and gave us a couple of estimates to repair and to tear off completely and start anew. Perfect work We had a couple of severe thunderstorms with high winds blowing the aluminum trimwork off the home. Call BNL and promptly was seen by Brian. We agreed to the price and work was completed the next day. Great job done quickly. Shortly after, we decided to replace the front door and storm door. We reached out to Brian again with BNL. Very helpful and informative we decided to go with the recommended brand of doors(Provia), and now we have the most beautiful door around. Thank you BNL.
