I highly recommend working with BNK Construction. Todd Rocha, one of the principals is incredibly responsive and respectful. We did a build out of a shell space that we turned into a wine bar last year. Our budget was tight and so we had to scale back the scope of the job, but they made it easy to work with them, and were incredibly efficient at coordinating all of the subcontractors that they were responsible for coordinating.
