Very happy with the service! After days of trying to find someone to help, reached out to them and they got back to me and helped my husband with a simple fix and they explained it to my husband and he got the water heater to work! 10/10 would recommend to people!
I’ve been using BNJ for the past 15+ years! Everything from snaking sewer lines to new furnaces in my last two homes, water heaters and installation of new plumbing appliances! The service after installation and work is second to none. This family owned business cares for their customers and treats them with respect and honesty. That means a lot! Completely impressed with customer service and the quick response and repair to call. At my house within a couple days of calling about a non emergency check to see what was going on. They had it fixed that day and I also asked for replacement of 3 new toilets while they were fixing my other problem (totally unrelated to why I had called in the first place) and they were there the next day also replacing all of them and giving me quotes on more things I wanted done.
