Since my first car accident, BNI has been my goto body shop. This is my third time using their services, and the owner truly prioritizes the customer’s best interests. I’ve never been disappointed with their work. I always recommend this place to my family and friends. They provide quick service and excellent customer care. Definitely the best auto body shop in the city!
Absolutely would 100% recommend. My mother got into a fender bender and wanted her vehicle to look like new again. We came to BNI Auto Body after hearing that they do excellent work. Well they were right, they do! My mother was so thrilled to see how they left her car. It looks like nothing ever happened! They are also very professional! Again, I highly recommend their work! The first picture was the damage before bringing it in. The second picture is after they fixed it!
I was upset because someone hit my new car in the parking lot but thanks to B&I I am very pleased! Attached are pictures of the fixed part (you can’t even tell where the damage was) and the clean interior. Jason was very attentive, explained everything A to Z, and kept checking in regarding the car progress throughout the whole process. He told me in detail where the damage was, what the estimate meant, how long it will take, the rental car process, etc. B&I even gave me a detailed cleaning before I came to pick up the car. ... read more
Owner of the shop charged the loaner car for free because the rental car was not included in the insurance policy. And the repair was done by a few days earlier than estimated repair days. I highly recommended to visit the shop If you don't want to wait longer.
