Bahn Vivant is the best restaurant in Salida, hands down. This is the result of owners that actually care about and love the food that they serve. It's delicious, fresh, and flavorful. It's also consistently good, which is hard to come by around these parts. My favorite is the lemongrass chicken, but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Don't get me started on the bread - fresh, flaky, soft, with the tiniest bit of chew. Perfection. I <3 Bahn Vivant.

Oh my god- hands down my favorite place in Salida. Everything tastes super fresh and flavorful. Everyone was also so kind. Please get the fermented chili sauce on the side for a kick. (:

Fabulous sandwiches. We are veggie focused, so we mainly have the veggie or the roasted mushroo sandwiches, but friends love the meat focused ones as well. Excellent balance for toppings and dressings and tasty crunchy bread.

New favorite spot for bahn mi! 10/10 recommend this place! Super cute spot with lovely vibes and some of the tastiest and freshest foods! An incredible bahn mi selection as well as salads/bowls, drinks and desserts! I had just had dental surgery so opted for the hot honey chicken on a salad and it did not disappoint!
