My business partner and I reached out to this plumber for work on an Airbnb property and was told he could look at the job, provide a quote, and start January 12th. He did come out to see the project but,after multiple polite follow-ups, I never received a quote or heard back from him. I understand the trades are extremely busy right now but clear communication is important. Unfortunately I was disappointed in the lack of follow through and it resulted in our new business being shutdown for a month.
I contacted Eric with BNE Plumbing for a toilet issue. He was efficient in getting us scheduled, kept in contact with me and did an awesome job. Will definitely be using his services again in the future.
BNE Plumbing were very prompt in fixing my water issue with an over flow valve. Highly recommend them!
