Update: I have since returned and Dave from BNE assisted me. He was polite, provided great customer service, and took the time to help get my car to the standard I originally expected, which I really appreciated. That said, it was difficult to get in contact with the business beforehand as they don’t seem to answer their phones consistently. I did try calling multiple times to confirm staff were onsite before returning. Previous: I paid $30 for the wash but my car is still visibly dirty, with marks and grime left on multiple... read more

The service was absolutely amazing, such a throughout wash. Attendant did my tyres and windows, gave me a loyalty card, and was incredibly helpful. Amazing experience!
Excellent service, come here every Sunday, always had a great service!
