Staff was very helpful, program was coached to each individuals needs. Clean and nicely organized location. Can't think of a better cross training location for my training style.

I cannot praise Bunda enough. Taking classes at Bunda feels like home. The instructors are so welcoming, motivational and eager to teach. They are all truly amazing. I absolutely love Christina. Her energy immediately lightens the room with joy. I’m so grateful for her. Bunda is definitely my favorite workout studio in Miami!
I’ve been coming to Bunda through ClassPass for a while now and I love it! They really have their workouts down to a science. I am an Upper Body & Abs addict! Their total body class is also the perfect amount of intense. One of the best studios for endurance in Miami hands down!!
