Went yesterday for the first time it was such a different experience! I enjoyed the weight lifting since I wanted to incorporate that more in my workout but didn’t know where to start. Very clean environment, good music and awesome instructor! Diana at the front desk was super nice great customer service and made me feel welcomed. Can’t wait to go back again.
Staff was very helpful, program was coached to each individuals needs. Clean and nicely organized location. Can't think of a better cross training location for my training style.

I cannot praise Bunda enough. Taking classes at Bunda feels like home. The instructors are so welcoming, motivational and eager to teach. They are all truly amazing. I absolutely love Christina. Her energy immediately lightens the room with joy. I’m so grateful for her. Bunda is definitely my favorite workout studio in Miami!
