TLDR: Bunda is great if you like a lot of rules that are inconsistently enforced. If you are new to working out in general, this may be a good option. If you are not new to working out, you will know that you don’t burn enough calories to lose any weight and may be annoyed with the constant preaching. Worst policy ever! I don’t leave bad reviews. But they have this 30 mins rule and if you book through class pass you don’t notice this, they don’t allow you in even if you come before the class! and then I come back, again the same day, they reject me to come in because I didn’t get a walk through! Seriously this is worse then a doctors apt. Better to walk the stairs and use some weights at home! Seriously and I work out everywhere from gyms to specialized workout equipment! Ignore all reviews about being late. This is my favorite work out class of all time. I go 5-6 times a week and love it so much. It's a great combination of strength training and steady state cardio. The improvement to my strength as a result of consistently going to Bünda is better than any other class I've tried. I finally have a butt lol 😂. Heads up, you'll need to use the studio-specific equipment (you can rent, or if you plan on coming regularly just buy it). People giving one-star reviews because they were late are unf... read more
