If you join through Classpass and have any disabilities, according to one of the instructors, Deja, you are not allowed a single modification in class. If you try to modify, she will scream at you through the microphone and even get in your face and physically grab you. If you enjoy a mediocre workout with a side of assault and being berated if you try to avoid exacerbating injuries, this is the studio for you.

Best class ever, lovely staff, really good lower body workout highly recommended, they currently have very good packages for taking few classes in maybe once a week in case you already have a gym membership a good additional alternative for 1 or 2 a week!

I've been coming to Bunda for almost 3 years and it is still my favorite place to workout! Even now, the workout is just as difficult as it was when I first started but I can lift so much heavier. Devin, the studio manager is also great and really tries to be flexible!!

I initially started taking classes through Classpass, but after realizing it was the only workout I kept booking, I knew I had to sign up for a membership. The programming is great, the music is always on point, and the staff is incredibly nice. They’ve been more than accommodating on multiple occasions, whether I forgot my equipment or booked a later class but got off work early, they always found a way to squeeze me in. They really create such a welcoming and fun environment to work out in. Highly recommend!!
