I was disappointed with my experience with BND Plastering. They were unable to accommodate a reasonable appointment time window, which made scheduling very difficult. More concerning was the interaction with their phone representative, who did not seem willing to try to accommodate a specific request and came across as unprofessional. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work, and unfortunately, this experience fell short in that area. I have called and used BND pool plastering on two of homes! Great service, great personnel, super professional, I have had new tile and total chip out, replastering! Everything was great from start to finish! Great pricing and their guarantee is best in town. I will continue to use them, refer them to all my friends and family. There is no other company I would ever use or refer.
This month, we hired BND Pool Plastering to complete a much needed renovation of our existing pool. We made the decision to move forward with BND because of our outstanding experience working with Michael, our estimator, and because BND is the only company in the valley trained and approved to install Wet Edge Technologies plaster products. BND replastered our pool in Nov 2022. One year later we had a iron bleed through spot they agreed to repair even though they made it very clear it was a defect not covered by warranty. Now one year later I have another iron bleed through spot. (2 in 2 years). I am willing to pay for this repair (I am more comfortable with the company that did the replaster doing the repair) but they will not do the repair.
