We had our pool replastered by BND Pools five years ago, and from the start, we noticed white etching and spotting. When we contacted the company, they assured us it was normal, but the issues only got worse. They suggested that our water was too active and that was the cause of the problems. My husband, who is pool certified, tests our pool water every week and Leslie's Pool checks it twice a year. We have saved the records. Worst company ever.
Vetting Swimming Pool plastering companies is rough. I had a great experience with Lisa in the office. I would not risk using anyone else in this valley.
Never returned phone call.
We had a great experience, many times we had to be flexible and they were always willing to work with us and our renovation schedule. Great finished product!
