Bilal and his team have done it again and deserve this review We have been using BnD for a number of years now, building wardrobes for our investment properties. However this time the ask was tough. We had a number of old fashioned and dated wardrobes in our existing home needing replacement with the latest design and with minimal damage to our walls during removal etc. Bilal not only came up with cost effective modern designs and his technician Riyaaz very skillfully slotted in the new wardrobes in the existing grooves. Dee and Bill are the best in the business. They and their staff take the upmost care in their work and have always been timely in delivering what they’ve promised. In particular, Dee’s design work is excellent. Providing custom solutions to maximise utility is a massive strength of Dee’s and have made our walk in robes so much more functional than had we opted with a standard provider.
We had our walk-in wardrobe installed by BND. As per the drawings, the drawers were meant to be handle-less, however the drawers that were installed came with handles. While this was different from the design, we decided to accept it. There were also a few minor installation issues that we followed up on with Dee over a couple of weeks. A Happy Customer! Dee & Bill are very professional backed up with a talented team. Very responsive to get an assessment scheduled. Zac who came for assessment was very thorough and gave nice ideas based on our needs. Quotes very reasonable and not asking for arms & kidneys! Dee was very helpful accommodating few changes in the design (and no additional charges).
