Let me start off with saying please stay away if you want VA financing. And just to let you know right off the bat, there is no complaint process. This bank has all the right technology but incompetent people. While going through the home buying process everything was fine until after I signed a contract. After this, the experience went downhill. We were made to submit documents multiple times. In some cases, I submitted documents for the same purpose over 5 times.
