Do not waste your time! I applied with Doug Bowdish in March of 13. I got pre-approved for more than I wanted. I made an offer on a house in May of 13 much lower than I was approved for. After two months, I had to repeat information to Doug, resend him documents, and correct his many mistakes. He delayed closing 4 times!
