To the general community and loyal customers of BNC, I WAS a loyal customer to BNC Auto Care (now Avid's Auto Care on Calistoga Road) for years before they damaged my vehicle costing $3k in damages after i had taken it to them for a simple oil change. Just days after the oil change my car began making a ticking noise, I looked under the hood to find the cap off and oil spit all over my engine. BNC has been wonderful and have been very welcoming to walk ins. My schedule shifts like crazy so I’m never able to schedule, and I have very odd requests regarding the maintenance of my car but they’ve always accommodated me and my requests. They’ve been nothing but friendly, reasonable, and considerate of my requests. I’ve made them my go to place.
