I had two smog checks done today and didn't bring the coupon from their website because I was told I didn't need to. I was charged full price for the first smog because I didn't have the coupon. But the very friendly lady took care of it by printing a coupon for me and discounting both smog checks on the second bill! Always have good prices, good quality work and great, friendly service here!

I’ve been using BNC for eight years for my car care. I really cannot say enough nice things about the attention and service I and my car get. They are always friendly, fast, efficient, and fair in their pricing. Their time estimates on when my car will be ready are always pretty well spot on. I really appreciate Aveed and Jeremy because even when they’re very very busy they are always very very pleasant. Today I popped in needing air in my tire, and they took me right in! Thank you for everything BNC on Calistoga Road!
