I had to let go the current cleaners to try this company! Things went well at first but then i see the downhill in services, seems like the newbie students got hired, and the last service we got they didn't even do half of the job: garbages are still there, floor wasn't cleaned, half the beds aren't changed, tables weren't wiped, many furnitures aren't dusted, toilets were not scrubbed, washrooms are uncleaned, very disappointed and eventhough we got full refunded, it could have been worst if there's guest check in that day ... read more
Bnbfixy has been a great help. I mostly manage my own AirBnb, but it happens sometimes that I am too busy with work to take care of a room turnover or to greet a guest. When that happens, Bnbfixy has gotten me out of a tight corner several times, and often on short notice! It's nice knowing the friendly staff will take good care of my guests, and that my reviews will be positive even when I can't be there myself.
