This is by far the WORST property management company in Denver. Absolutely no consideration for tenants. House wasn't walked through completely prior to move in. Hornets and wasps everywhere. The water heater exploded. Leaky showers. Dangerous unfinished brick in backyard. Paint scratched up and missing from previous tenants dog(s). Spiders everywhere. Not only is the a reputable property management company, they are so adept at their work that they are also educating people in the community about the rental market including trainings on the current state Short Term Rentals and Air BnB. The fact that Sabrina and company take their expertise to the next level and share with the community their knowledge to bring everybody up to speed is a big plus in my book. Highly recommended.
