Unprofessional BNB was scheduled to install a garage door opener and be at the house at 8:00 AM. He called in the morning and said he would be there between 7:50 and 8:00. I was 5 MINUTES late for the appointment after driving 30 minutes to get there. He left without calling and left his card. Totally unacceptable. NEVER USE THIS GUY.
