One star is to many unfortunately. unable to be contacted by phone, messenger or email. Didn't turn up on day one, didn't turn up on day two. At the end of day two sent a text to say he didn't think he could do the job. Still no phone call. I had to engage another contractor to do his work. Managed to put the entire project back by two full days. Worst result posible. Would never consider using BNA under any circumstances.
Excellent after hours service and quality honest work.
