nice lady at the desk and great service
Great Place! Expert Service! Fair Price! I was broke down on the highway. B&N went out of their way to get me back the road. I will recommend this automotive shop to all my friends.
The lady that answered was very nice but asked about a service and never got a return call. Edit: a year later (April 2024) tried to get work done at this place and again called and they said they would call back with a quote. After 3 hours I called back and was told they have the quote and was put on hold. After 12 minutes of being on hold I hung up. I won't hold my breath for a return call since I never got one last year.
This is an outstanding shop, the only place I take my F350.
Awesome! Our driver had a water pump break while delivering a load. He pulled over and thankfully was 10min away. I called B&N at 2pm, they had him bring it in and saw him immediately. He was out and back on the road by 4:30. And the price was reasonable, no over selling, no up-charging. Extremely grateful for this team. Great place to do business!
