I have good things to say about them. Being a family run business, reputation is everything and they have been in business for a while! They even help me out on small job free of charge! It is these acts-of-kindness that go a long way and I would recommend them to anyone.
I found positive reviews for B&N and decided to try them out for some preventative maintenance - ie a transmission fluid drain and fill. When I first called in, I asked for an estimate of the cost; which was comparably priced to others. I then booked the appointment, which was done today. The service advisor was Akeel. He explained everything to me and was very helpful. The job was done and the actual cost came in at the lower end of the range they previously gave me.
