The most ethical business I have known in my lifetime. Can you believe that I have gone there perhaps 6 times over 40 years. Always received sound advice and counsel . Twice there was work that was needed to be completed . Only upon my agreement and full understanding was it then performed. The work was done and trouble free . The other 4 times I was informed of either a small tightening or other such action or simply that my fears were unfounded and no work was done. There was no invoice for those 4 occasions. I have been fighting with dealership mechanics who clearly don't understand standard transmissions for 7 years. One trip to B&N and a couple of conversations with Shafeek and I am now a customer for life. Old school, practical and decent. This is a shop you can trust.
They diagnosed an issue that my regular mechanic couldn't figure out; ordered the part and had the car fixed the next day at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
