The plumber said he would be here first thing in the morning, but he never came. I called him 3 times during the day, left messages, and never received a return call. He kept me home the entire day, and did not call me the following day????? I will be getting someone else.
Took 4 phone calls over 3 days to get a call back. Told that they would come out the next day at around 12 noon. At 2:30, I called 2 different numbers to see if someone was coming out; left messages. No one called back and I wasted an afternoon waiting for a plumber to show up. Not a way to treat a client.
