i was nice over the phone, asked for an owner and whoever answers the phone needs to be fired. asked to speak to a manager or owner because i had a specific question, he asks, “do you know his name” i was like… “i’m not sure, would just like to speak with them” and he has the audacity to say “ok, call back when you can figure out their name” so then i had to do a google search for the owners name who seems like a really nice person compared to his employees. i call back and ask for “eric” and he says he’s not in right now an... read more
I asked one of the mechanics if they can check under my car, they had the nerve to tell me it will be $50 for them to check it. Just because I’m a girl doesn’t mean you get to take advantage of me. It should be free to at least check and then give me a price so you can fix it. It be your own people smh
Erik is honest, fair, and dependable as well as a very talented mechanic. Been using him for all my new vehicles for maintenance I rather go to him than for a few years now and haven't had any problems. If there are post-repair issues, he'll do whatever it takes to make you happy -- without the typical dealer repair shop attitude. It's nice to have a good local business that is honest
