BMZ was amazing. Communication and consistency has been a major issue with us and contractors. Sometimes they’d show up and sometimes they’d push dates back and would do just enough to get the job done. Craftsmanship was less prioritized. Bill, from BMZ, continually communicated with us with the process of building our pool and inspected every step of the process. All, while finishing the pool on time. BMZ Building Concepts were great! I was referred to by and friend, and he wasn't wrong. Right from the start Bill was professional, considerate and understanding. Our pool was old and the Pebble Tec was falling off in chunks. The quote to replace all new tile and pebble tec was reasonable given the amount of supplies and labor involved to complete this job.
