First of all, I will recommend ANYONE who is thinking of building a pool in AZ to BMZ. Bill runs his company with a hands on approach with client satisfaction as his most important goal. Honestly, I've been a real estate broker for over 20 years and I've never experienced customer service like this. Bill W. is a maestro designer. He created a 3D wire frame in his CAD system, so that he could add/move the spa, in-pool table and water features as we tested different pool concepts. We found Bill and his team to be hard-working, conscientious and respectful of us and our property. At the end of the project, Bill even took special care to return our backyard to its original layout -- even picking up a shovel and moving flagstones. No complaints but many kudos!

BMZ (Bill) recently built a pool in Buckeye, AZ for us and Bill's customer service and attention to detail is unmatched. When interviewing other companies Bill gave honest opinions on what should and should not do in the designing of your backyard oasis vs the competition who said what you wanted to hear. In addition Bill truly stayed within your budget and completed the project ahead of time and gave you updates on a daily/weekly basis and returned calls in minutes not hours or days.
