I was referred to BMZ Building Concepts by a friend, and from the very first conversation, Bill made me feel completely confident in my decision to move forward with installing a pool, turf, and decking. He was transparent and professional from the start — delivering detailed plans quickly and coming in with a very reasonable quote. First of all, I will recommend ANYONE who is thinking of building a pool in AZ to BMZ. Bill runs his company with a hands on approach with client satisfaction as his most important goal. Honestly, I've been a real estate broker for over 20 years and I've never experienced customer service like this. The great thing about Bill and his BMZ crew is that they have years of experience and have been through most situations that you can think of. By the way, when your pool is done, they're not! They will check on you weeks and even... read more

Bill W. is a maestro designer. He created a 3D wire frame in his CAD system, so that he could add/move the spa, in-pool table and water features as we tested different pool concepts. We found Bill and his team to be hard-working, conscientious and respectful of us and our property. At the end of the project, Bill even took special care to return our backyard to its original layout -- even picking up a shovel and moving flagstones. No complaints but many kudos!
