BMZ Building Concepts were great! I was referred to by and friend, and he wasn't wrong. Right from the start Bill was professional, considerate and understanding. Our pool was old and the Pebble Tec was falling off in chunks. The quote to replace all new tile and pebble tec was reasonable given the amount of supplies and labor involved to complete this job. Bill was highly recommended and now it's my turn to tell you why. BMZ recently finished our major pool remodel, hard deck, retaining wall and bar area. Bill is a true professional and walked us through every step of the process. From design to bid to build, Bill was on top of everything. Project was finished in time at budget and looks amazing!!! Bill Watson, owner of BMZ Building Concepts, managed the completion of our backyard improvements. We built a pool, spa, BBQ, and fire pit along with hardscape and landscape. He accomplished this all in a very efficient manner. Zero problems on the start up and operation of the pool. He also made several important design contributions. Couldn't be happier with our backyard - all thanks to BMZ!
Working with Bill from BMZ was honestly one of the best/ smoothest experiences I have had with a large scale project ..ever! He communicated every step to me so I knew exactly what was happening and who was going to be at my house. He and his crew worked incredibly fast and also did quality work . from breaking ground to water in the finished project was 5 week ! Quality work , efficiency, communicative really just a good honest contractor/ guy.
